Neurovirtual attended the 2018 AES meeting, held in New Orleans, LA in early December. Neurovirtual featured the new, multifunctional BWMini II during the event, an update to our popular BWMini product, with sufficient channels to perform extended monitoriong LTM studies, PSG type 1 and 2 studies, besides HST functionality. The Neurovirtual management team was available to answer questions, perform demonstrations, and interact with professionals using the devices. New exciting partnerships are rising from this program, and Neurovirtual is excited to have already reserved booth space for the 2019 Annual Meeting to be held in Baltimore, MD from December 6th to the 10th, 2019.

The event was a great success, with symposiums ranging from Network Analysis to Augment EEG Interpretation to Routine EEG in Epilepsy, based on the fundamentals and interpretation, reviewing basic methodologies of EEG and demonstrating typical findings on real-life examples, and the Scientific Symposium.

Losing Sleep Over Seizures: Does Sleep Matter, cochaired by Dr. Kevin E. Chapman and Dr. Alicia M. Goldman, was an educational symposium discussing the impact of sleep on seizures and epilepsy. The topics included an T he 55th Argentine Congress of Neurology took place from October 30 through November 2, 2018, headquartered at the Sheraton Hotel, Mar del Plata, Argentina. The congress was sponsored by the Argentine Neurological Society (ANS), featuring the presence of foreign lecturers recognized academically by the society. The main objective of this meeting, which brought together more than 1200 specialists in the area of neurology, was to share knowledge and experiences, and above all to promote the debate of the latest research in this specialty. Therefore, various scientific papers and themes presented were discussed.
