The HST Compass is the most complete and innovative home sleep testing device available in the market. Specially developed for Type III HST (Home Sleep Testing), it includes an LCD screen where it is possible to perform bio-calibration of recorded parameters before the exam begins. It has a built-in pressure transducer for pressure flow and pressure snore monitoring. It also includes 2 RIP effort belts along with Nonin pulse oximetry integrated that allows apnea identification by delivering a complete record of patient signals presented.
Two auxiliary AC channels allow for the diagnosis of EEG, EKG, EMG (Chin/Limbs), Therm Flow, Piezo Snore, ect. Three auxiliary DC channels available for expansion allow for the diagnosis of PAP Titration (IPAP, EPAP, LEAK, ect.), CO2 Monitoring (ETCO2, TcPCO2, ect.).
